2.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. 77je also reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraud or dishonest conduct
• Account hacking or security risk
• Extended period of inactivity

3.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount on the 77je platform is ৳300. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are completed through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

3.3 Account Ownership Verification

The mobile wallet account used for withdrawals must be registered in the name of the 77je account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.4 Transaction Cancellation

Deposits cannot be refunded once they have already been used in betting or gaming. For unused deposits, a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more will still cap the bonus at ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Some games may not count toward bonus wagering — check with the support team for details.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus offer expires.
• 77je reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.1 Tiers & Benefits

77je has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers are upgraded through regular play, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5.2 Tier Changes

VIP tiers are upgraded based on regular and consistent participation. Likewise, a tier may be downgraded due to extended absence or inactivity. Separate wagering requirements may apply to each cashback benefit, which the support team will communicate.

6.1 Fraud Prohibited

Any form of fraud, software manipulation, bot usage, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

6.2 Collaborative Betting

Any attempt to create bonus or profit situations by strategically betting against each other is prohibited. 77je monitors such activity and takes the necessary action.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

77je is committed to preventing money laundering. In the case of any suspicious transaction, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

7.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the amount staked on related bets will generally be refunded. In each case, the decision of 77je is final.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a bet is accepted at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 77je reserves the right to void that bet and the original stake will be refunded.
